For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm. Our on-staff drivers leave on delivery runs once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and while we do our best to accommodate customers' requested delivery windows, we can not guarantee an exact time for when the recipients will receive their flowers.
All arrangements with unsuccessful delivery attempts are returned to our flagship store where recipients are able to come pick them up at their convenience.
We receive flower shipments daily, and while we do our absolute best to use the freshest flowers possible, the specialty varieties of blooms that we are known for using are much more fragile than what most people are used to. Each order is sent with a Care Tips card with instructions on how to help the arrangement live as long as possible, however, since recipients don't always comply with these suggestions, we can not guarantee a standard life expectancy for any arrangement.
All quality concerns are sent directly to our owner who works with the clients on an individual basis to resolve any unexpected problems, with a replacement flower arrangement being sent when appropriate.
Cancelled orders may only receive store credit.
FOR DELIVERY and PICKUP: For same-day delivery or pickup, orders must be placed by 2 pm. Pickup times are Monday - Friday: 10:00AM - 6PM, and Saturday: 10:00AM - 2:00PM.
